A Major Leak in My Online Game

I've played 10 SNGs and had 4 blue screens. Not fun, and it's hard to win when you're out of a SNG for 15 minutes on a semi-routine basis. Hopefully the good folks at Alienware can figure out the problem. Otherwise I'm kinda in a fix.
